Returns, Cancellations, Exchanges, Restocks, & Warranty Policies
No Returns or Exchanges
will be accepted after 15 days of invoice date.

You will need the invoice number:
All returns/exchanges must have a copy of the invoice and a Return Material Authorization
("RMA") number enclosed to be processed. Any returns without proper paperwork will
be refused and returned back to you at your expense.
Any parts that have been used, installed, altered and not returned in the original
new, unopened and clean packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange. Any
dirty or damaged packaging will not be accepted for return. Any parts returned must
be and in original and clean manufacturer packaging, returned packaging cannot have
any other writing on it. It must be returned in the same condition that you received
it.
Returns & Cancellations:
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 15 days from invoice date. All returns
or cancellations will be charged a minimum of 20% restocking
Fee. A RMA number will be required for any returns. This number must
be posted on the outside of your return package. Any returns must be sent prepaid,
any CODs, Or shipments billed to us etc will be refused. RMA Numbers are valid for
15 days from issue. Any returns after 15 days may be refused.

be refunded.
Electrical Parts, Fuel Related Parts, Service Manuals,
Special Order, and Tools:
These items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
Used / Installed Items:
Any items that have been installed or used cannot be returned. We do not offer any
type of compensation or trade on these type of items.
Closeouts:
All closeout sales are final and sold as is. No Returns or Exchanges will be authorized.
Core Charges:
For SeaDoo Rebuilt Crankshafts, Cylinders and Shortblocks will be charged. Once
we recieve an authorization from SeaDoo we will refund your core charge. If you
have any questions please call us.
Warranties:
Most Aftermarket parts warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer. For
OEM parts warranties please contact us at the number below. If you need assistance
please call us at (714) 536-7555.
Any warranty parts found to be defective will be replaced, no refunds or credit
will be issued. Warranty does not cover normal wear items. Any freight charges incurred
to or from us will be your responsibility. Warranty will not pay for any shipping
charges either direction.
- You MUST provide us a copy of your invoice for us to attempt any warranty returns.
- We will not process any warranty without your invoice as proof of purchase.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping and Handling charges will be added to most orders and is non-refundable.
Manufacturer's Warranty will not pay for any shipping charges either direction.
Any item sent “free freight” or “freight included” has an actual charge in the price
of the product. We reserved the right to assess any returns for these items a actual
cost for shipping and deduct from any refund/exchange.
Manufacturer's Warranty will not pay for any shipping charges either direction.
Damages
Report any damages to the shipper (UPS, FedEx , USPS) that delivered your package.
They will instruct you on how to file a claim. Do not send it back to us without
prior approval
Please note that shipped product becomes your property at time of UPS, FedEx, or USPS pickup.
In the event they lose any of your product we will help you file a claim. Product
will only be replaced once they have issued a claim and payment number to us. If
you opt to have the shorted product replaced, your credit card will be billed at
time of reshipment and will be credited back once the shipper has issued payment
of a claim. Beach Yamaha, Inc. is NOT is not liable to replace any lost product
as a result of the shippers.
Errors:
Errors associated with your order must be reported to customer service at (714)
536-7555 within three (3) Beach Yamaha SeaDoo business days of delivery.
We must have your invoice number in order to verify and rectify any errors.
Taxes
California Residents: Sales and "Use" Tax will be collected at 8.75 percent. Currently,
we are not required to collect sales tax on purchases being shipped outside of California.
California Tire Recycle tax of $ 1.75 each will be collected on ALL
tire sales.
Credit or Debit Cards:
Your card is not charged prior to shipping your order. When your order is placed
we will authorize your card only. If you are using a Bank Debit Card, your bank
will allocate those funds from your account and may not allow you to use those funds.
Once your order is completed your card will be charged. All pre-authorized funds
can only be released by your bank in accordance with its terms. We cannot release
a debit card authorization from your bank.
Pricing:
We reserve the right to change any pricing as needed without notice on any of our
advertisings, websites etc.
Prices herein are only valid via online order form and are not necessarily valid
on walk-in orders.
